Do the low cost of these items signify a lower quality?

Absolutely not!! All of our items are handled and created with the utmost care and respect. Our items are priced lower than competitors to make shopping and owning the latest item convenient for you! 

How long will it take for my purchased item(s) to arrive?

Shipping depends on the product ordered. Our promotional items may take 2-4 weeks to arrive since our items are coming overseas and from different warehouses. For non-promotional items, the shipping can take between 14 to 40 days. Please allow 15 days before contacting us. No email correspondence will be entered into on the subject of delivery until after this period. This is to allow for any delays in the postal system and to keep email administration down to a manageable level.

How do I return an item I am not satisfied with?

We are sorry to hear this. All items are returnable within 14 days of receiving it. Simply contact our team and we will take care of the rest!
